To achieve success in realizing the three objectives of Exnora, it is imperative that youth are brought together and their services are well utilized. At the same time we help them develop. The present day youth are the future citizens of the country and hence Exnora considers it quite important that the organisation plays an effective role in shaping and developing youth.
The age of the youth desiring to join should not normally be less than 14 years and not more than 21 years.
