About Exnora Innovators Club (EIC) Exnora Innovators Club is the main club of Exnora International. It is the building block of the organisation and the motto of the club is 'Enjoy Life, Every Moment by Inner Evolution & Outer Revolution'. Membership in Exnora Innovators Club or any of its subsidiaries will make one's life enjoyable, that too every moment of his life, in view of the inner evolution that he will undergo due to the training that the club will provide him and the outer revolution that he will become responsible for, by his role in the club. INNER EVOLUTION Inner evolution will become a routine due to certain techniques, which the members will learn, adopt and practice. In fact this will become a habit for them. They will hardly need 300 seconds (5 Minutes) to do mind programing in the wee hours. They will program their own mind early in the morning while they are still in their Alpha State. This will be taught to them by the club. One of the Vice Presidents will be responsible in teaching members on achieving inner evolution. OUTER REVOLUTION Exnora Innovators Club will provide enough opportunities to those who join as members to take part in a silent revolution to make the nation great, protect nature, develop human resource, fight corruption, promote communal harmony, practice simplicity, help women in their individual development and protection etc. To do these activities several tools in the form of associate organisations with guidelines have been provided. In short the inner evolution will give enough confidence to members to do outer revolution. EXNORA INNOVATORS CLUB can be considered as a kind of umbrella organization accommodating several smaller ASSOCIATIONS. After all people are different! Each person has his own IDEAL, SERVICE GOAL; helping PASSIONS, work for OBSESSIONS etc. Instead forcing him to do all types of service activities, he is given the option to select service of his choice or be part of the relevant/concerned subsidiary of Exnora Innovators Club having the same motto. EXNORA INNOVATORS CLUB taps every one, 'man or woman', 'old or young', 'rich or poor', irrespective of caste, creed, religion, race, language, ideology, economic status etc. to protect environment & more importantly not to do things that will harm Mother Nature and environment. For a town or village to become a good environmental model, the first thing one has to do is to start 'EXNORA INNOVATORS CLUB'. Exnora's successes are not only due to its novel concepts and activities, but its organizational structure too, accommodating and taking as members, participants and volunteers any one & every one irrespective of his income, social status, caste, religion, language, race, color and gender. It is very important to carry out the activities as an organization for sustainability as 'Men may come and men may go but the organization goes on forever'. EXNORA INTERNATIONAL,(Think Globally ) an Environmental NGO founded in India in the year 1988, was works through its branches, city /town/ village based,the lead organization, EXNORA INNOVATORS CLUB (Serve Regionally ). EXNORA INNOVATORS CLUBs (620) operate in each town & village through their net working residential locality / street based, sub chapters, (CBOs ) called CIVIC EXNORA (Act Locally) which in turn will have in its membership, dwelling based grass root bodies, HOME EXNORA (Do Domestically) comprising of members of each family living in the area served by Civic Exnora. The people living in a residential locality /street come together as members of CIVIC EXNORA and participate in community based environmental protection and community service activities including Zero Solid & Liquid Waste Management, Rain Water Harvesting, Tree Planting, Street Gardening, Pollution Prevention, Area Safety Watch, as well as community service activities like Women Empowerment, Communal Harmony, Social Service etc Through their respective HOME EXNORA (Exnora's miniature Home chapter) , the members of every family including servants and workers become environmentally conscious and do Home Farming / Composting, Home Front Garden, Use of Non Conventional Sources of Energy etc. EXNORA INNOVATORS CLUB in each place will also have more than 60 types of SUBSIDIARIES according to the requirement such as
They are like Service Extension Counters of the club and can vary according to the nature of the Establishment e.g , Office Exnora, Factory Exnora, Places of Worship Exnora, Market Exnora, Hospital Exnora , Educational Institution Exnora, etc or according to the nature of Exnora's service activities e.g. Social Afforestation Exnora, Water Bodies Protection Exnora, Green Cross Exnora, Farmers Exnora, Naturalists Exnora, Social Responsibility Exnora, etc and in order to involve each category of the society in these important earth saving and society serving activities, the Club's subsidiaries will be Women Exnora(WE), Senior Citizens Exnora (Sencitizens), Youth Exnora (YES), Students Enviro-Exnora (SEE) and Children Exnora(CHEX). The organisation has won several national and international Awards including UNCHS best practice recognition. Exnora has successfully conceptualised its solid waste management best practices as SoWaM (Solid Waste Management) with branch concepts such as SoSoWaM (Source Solid Waste Management, DeSoWaM (Decentralised Solid Waste Management) and CeSoWaM(Centralised Solid Waste Management).
